- Python, PyTorch, and comfort reading papers
- Some background in structural biology or cheminformatics helps
- Open to MSc, final-year BTech and PhD students
ML engineer — medical imaging

Build and ship the vision models behind Netra: cataract classification from smartphone images, running fast enough for a low-end Android device.
- Deep learning for images; on-device or quantised inference a big plus
- Mobile deployment experience (TFLite, ONNX, Core ML)
- Care about how the model behaves when it's wrong
Bioinformatics analyst
Full-time or contract · Remote
Single-cell and bulk transcriptomics pipelines feeding our target identification work, plus analysis for partner projects.
- Scanpy/Seurat, nextflow or snakemake, solid statistics
- Able to write up results clearly enough to publish
Clinical & academic collaborators

Especially ophthalmologists and eye hospitals who can help validate Netra, and groups with datasets that need computational partners.
